Scott Bellerby
Managing Director

Scott Bellerby is the Managing Director for B Strata and the B Complex. Starting with the family business mid-2014, he is the immediate past President for SCA WA (starting 2016) and has worked extensively in helping shape the new Reforms throughout his tenure. Scott completed his Masters in Property in 2004, a Diploma in Operations and Building Management in 2018 and brings a wealth of property experience to the table with; seven years as a senior licenced commercial valuer, specialising in office, englobo and high-density developments; four years as founding co-director for Bellcourt Property Group; four years as a senior development manager and asset manager for McDonald’s; and, three years as a retail consultant and project manager (founding co-director) with Blackmont Property Group, consulting and developing in a range of small to large format retail developments.

In addition, Scott has work in litigation providing both valuation and retail expert witness reports and advice for both Supreme and District Court hearings.
 
Melanie Henderson
Business Director

Melanie is the Business Director for B Strata and the B Complex Management. She first joined B Strata in 2002 in administration, where she worked through many roles within the office to gain in-depth strata knowledge; from administration, to strata manager, to office manager. In 2007 Mel moved into an office manager role in a real estate company in the early growth phase and helped to structure the organisation to grow exponentially. Four years into the role Mel took a break from her career to raise a family and chose this time to complete a Masters in Business Administration at Curtin University. The MBA with Curtin is a very practical based course, and it allowed Mel to stay in touch with the latest business knowledge, and work with likeminded peers across various industries in Western Australia.

Since 2018 Mel has been an integral part of the senior leadership team at B Strata. Mel brings to the team not only her sound business knowledge, but also her calm leadership style and ability to keep a cool head no matter how big the challenge she is tasked with. She supports each member of the B Strata and B Complex team in a style tailored to suit their personality and individual career goals, bringing out potential in each one. Her intuitive approach to staff management has led to a unified office environment which continues to operate from core family business values despite exponential growth over the past few years. Mel has particular interest in business improvement, change implementation and technology, and has been instrumental in ensuring that B Complex is continually evolving and adapting as a business.
 
John Cockerill
John overseas the Building Management Department. He has a diverse background as a disciplined Marine Engineer with studies in Horticulture and Building Design. John has worked in a number of industries and is hands on Manager with strong communication skills.
 
Paul Davies
Operations Manager

Paul oversees the day to day operations of the Building Maintenance and Building Management at B Complex and brings significant service history and team management skills. He believes in strong communication and will give updates whilst works are ongoing. He leads a skilled team that always aim to deliver a prompt and efficient level of service.

Paul started his career as a maintenance carpenter for a large UK social housing company in 1995. Natural career progression meant Paul was able to gain further education and was promoted to a Property Surveyor in 2012 and left the company in 2018, only leaving to start a new life in Australia with his family. After starting work in Australia as a carpenter he quickly gained the necessary skills and knowledge to progress to team leader of a small carpentry team in 2020 working on commercial and residential properties.

In February 2021 Paul started work a B Complex and is a valued member of the team.
 
Isaac Vider
Building Manager

Isaac joined the team at B Complex in January 2022. He comes with twenty years of experience in building management, having worked across a vast portfolio of commercial and residential facilities.

Isaac graduated from the University of Manchester, majoring in business, and immigated to Australia from Israel in 2000 where he undertook a Diploma in Project Management.

Isaac brings his wealth of knowledge and large repertoire of technical expertise to deliver results of the highest standard. His vast experience in the field makes him a sought after and reputable Building Manager who is recognised and appreciated by the industry and all who work with him.

Isaac is a friendly and positive addition to the B Complex team, approaching his work with a customer-centric frame of mind and meticulous attention to detail to achieve the best outcomes.

Isaac has built solid and trusted relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors, and is a valued member of the B Complex team.
